The official narrative promoted by Michigan election officials has long been that Joe Biden defeated President Donald J. Trump in the 2020 General election in Michigan by 154,188 votes thereby awarding Michigan’s 16 electoral college votes to Joe Biden. On the basis of this narrative, on July 18, 2023, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel indicted each of the alternate 16 Republican electors with eight felony counts including forgery and conspiracy charges. These charges hinge upon the assertion that the 2020 election was lawfully certified. Was it?
Wayne County, MI is the largest county by population in the State of Michigan. According to the official Wayne County election records for the 2020 General Election, 597,170 votes were cast for Joe Biden and 264,553 for President Trump for a vote margin of 332,617 in favor of Biden. If these votes were not lawfully certified, the statewide vote margin flips to reveal a 178,429 margin of victory for President Trump in Michigan. That means that President Trump, not Joe Biden would be the rightful owner of Michigan’s 16 electoral college votes for the 2020 election.
The question is, “Are there compelling legal grounds to assert that the 2020 election results in Wayne County, MI were not lawfully certified?”

I've (unfortunately) lived in Wayne Co my entire life. I had to argue with poll workers on election night last November to even have access to the tabulation tapes and the local PD just threw their hands in the air like the election workers are the be-all, end-all of the subject.

Personally, I think we'll come to learn that Pence wasn't Judas, but Peter in this story. Most read the story as Jesus just letting Peter know his faith was about to fail him and he would chicken out of admitting his connection to him when asked after Jesus was taken into custody, but just hours earlier Peter had drawn his sword and cut off the ear of one of the soldiers that was there to take Jesus in Gethsemane, and Jesus rebuked him for it. I think it was at that point that Peter realized that Jesus wasn't warning him of his impending chicken shit-ness, but was actually commanding him to deny him as part of a greater plan so that Peter would live to lead the church after Jesus' death and resurrection ("And I say unto you, thou art Peter, and upon this rock shall I build my church"). Peter was a proud man who proved every day before and after Jesus' ascension that he was willing to die for what he believed. I think the reason he wept so bitterly after the cock crowed was because denying his connection with his best friend and teacher was literally the hardest thing he ever had to do. Something tells me that's more what we're seeing with Pence. I could be wrong. But we won't know until we know. And that, in my opinion, is the strongest stance anyone should be taking until we do.

The clerk operates much like a Notary Public — they can only validate what they witness and NOT be AS a part of the certification, declaration or documentation themselves... simply a witness to the signatures affixed. By signing the incomplete document, the Clerk of Court only validated that the certification was unlawful/worthless.

He was on the ground at Cobo Hall as an observer on election day and gave many eyewitness accounts of malfeasance. He has remained out in front since then.
