I unplugged and shut down my smart TV, laptop, and desktop PC. I wrapped turned off cell phone in foil and put in oven until time frame over. Still is in the foil and shut off until I have to turn it on later.
I got nothing. iPhone on Verizon. I was even talking on the phone! The person I was talking to got four messages while we were talking. A neighbor said she got the alert sound once but got no message (Android on T-Mobile)

However I told my wife and kids to take their bikes out and to make sure they had their phones on just to see what if anything would happen.

Stock pot with a tight lid, place your phone on a dry towel in the pot... no fancy faraday cage and no wasted foil.
