I reminded folks in a post yesterday who Newt Gingrich is.
He was Speaker of the House when Wild Bill was President, and he was cooperating with everything the Clintons wanted. He is also a media darling now, and that should tell you all you need to know about Newt.
I saw an expose' of Newt many years ago about all he did to help the Clinton's agenda. . I can't find it now, but I have never forgotten that he was in the club.
I'm glad he is finally coming out of the shadows and showing folks the real Newt.

Not sure this is entirely the correct characterisation. During those days what what I understood, he was holding the Senate from falling completely into the Dem hands and he was being demonised by the MSM for decades. His contract with America rejuvenated the republicans.
Now I do understand that he is a RINO, but in those days he did stand up to Dems.
This is just one article in the Atlantic that tells you how much he was hated by the mainstream. You can lookup news articles about him before Trump and you will see this was the norm.

Decided to do a dive into Newt but used Yandex (which I believe is more truthful than DDG or Google) and found a plethora of articles that go against everything I used to believe/was led to believe about him.
It is obvious that we have all been given a bunch of BS when it comes to this POS.
