We need to look at the dynamics of Sidney Powell's plea bargain. The corrupt DA wasn't prepared to go to trial in the next couple days so she made Powell an offer she couldn't refuse. Willis plead 6 racketeering accounts down to nothing but a slap on the wrist, with a small fine. Who wouldn't take that deal?
You only plead 6 racketeering counts to nothing when you have NOTHING.
And Willis didn't want her charges to implode this early in the process.
Powell will never be called by Willis to testify.
I watched her lawyers argue in court for dismissal against Powell. It couldn't be any clearer by the evidence that she was innocent of these charges. This case had no standing. Yet, the judge wouldn't budge. When this occurs, it indicates a kangaroo proceeding. Powell had a very good lawyer, who knows the courts. It was obvious to see by the exculpatory evidence presented this was a rigged court. The entire act was to bring this to the court and argue it there. This would have been a deafening propaganda stage.
Powell should have never been charged in the first place. All the exculpatory evidence was there and the prosecution refused to review it. Not only did the prosecution slow-walk Brady materials, but they dumped terabytes of data on Powell's attorneys and said, "Here it is. Now find it."
Look no further than the J6 defendants. Powell got a sweet deal here and she recognized the kangaroo court she was entering and took the deal. This was all political...... and the RINOs in Georgia were doing nothing to put an end to this charade.
Every lawyer knows that the court room is a stage that can be easily scripted. Avoiding it is always the best approach. This is why better than 90% of cases never go to court. It is going into the lion's den. It's brings a new level of uncertainty into the fold. The court venue, the judge, the jury, the media.... all of these can easily sabotage a defendant no matter how innocent they are.
People needing hope after the stolen 2020 election elevated her based on her bravado.
But, the plan, based on President Trump’s own statements was not to immediately overturn the election rigging. It was to show people the painful consequences of stolen elections during what he has called “the pause.”
He has also made the point this painful few years will allow us to accomplish things we never dreamed possible. And, the voters on the other side will agree with it.
Had the election been overturned we would have had four more years of President Trump fighting a Democrat controlled Congress and no lasting reform of our government, much less bringing down the DS.
If you are going to take down and rebuild the entire justice system, you need to show how corrupt it is. Trump needs the people behind him for agenda 47 and the other stuff that has to be done. This is how you do it. Behind the scenes the team is eliminating the resistance to his agenda.
