I quit watching TV many years ago at about 7:45 in the evening, when i was trying to watch some prime time show and they kept interrupting the show every 3 minutes to force-feed you 5 minutes worth of ads.
Completely ruins watching TV, because they keep scattering your mind, and you cant get into the show, cant follow the plot, can’t remain in that trance-like state of suspended disbelief.
Anyway, one of the best decisions i ever made. Zero regrets.
