Only in California could you pay 1.5 Million for a literal Biohazard that isn’t Street Shitting.
807 people actually saved the listing.
Its not a crack house, its a crack home.
And after paying 1.5 mil for that dump the remediation process to clean it up will cost hundreds of thousands. Not to mention that it probably is not in a very good neighborhood if there is such a thing in commiefornia these days.
Don't know what map date is, but if you look at that address on street view google earth, the house looks in good shape and regular old white dude is standing in the driveway.
... and right across the street from a high school
Don't see a highschool on google earth. Street view must show the house before crake dealer got hold of it cause it look pretty good. Regular white guy standing in driveway.
Meth, not crack. Could be the old white dude -- probably a retired high school chemistry teacher with cancer.
Hey that would be a good plot for a show.
I was scrolling for a BB reference & was not disappointed🐸
Silly. I kek'd.
Zillow doesn't read the description, only compares lots. So ... pretty sure this one won't meet that appraisal.
But it's funny anyway.
The price is high because its also a business, comes with everything you need to cook meth. Think of the investment. /s
This has HGTV series potential written all over it.
Funny thing is whoever buys it, the second they do the country is going to come after them to either fully remediate the property or demolish the house and have it hauled away and disposed of in a biohazard landfill which will cost the new owners more that they paid for the property. The county doesn't want to do it because it will cost a fuck ton of money, so sell it, profit, then come after the new owner before the ink is dry on the sale papers.
And a fuck ton of money is waaayyyy more than a shit ton of cash...
I'm not great at math sorry.
Lol. Admitting it is the first step to rehabilitation...
That house makes mine look like $3 million. No need to clear out a Meth lab, and has a larger lot with grass and trees. Lol!
But this house has a built in business opportunity.
Lol, so true!
Uh what
With that price I buy at least 3 two-story houses here in Texas.
