Interesting…. A few days ago, Steve Scalise Introduced Mike Johnson as the 45th Speaker of the House..
But Mike Johnson is the 56th House speaker, elected to the 118th congress..
45th does not sound like 56th.
1876 was the 44th house speaker..
Did Steve make a mistake? Or something else?

He seems to be eluding to the rebirth of the republic that was lost in 1871. If true, that means Trump will be the 19th president.
Alluding. But yes.
Hope you didn’t mind the gentle correction. Together we win.
Steel sharpens steel.
My spelling is dismal on a good day fren. ;)
That's totally fine. The ideas are what are important. But then communicating them to people requires good spelling and grammar, in my experience, because some faggot will come along and discount what you're saying "Cuz Spelling" or some shit.
And we build warriors here. We build winners.
This theory keeps going around but the whole thing is based on a misreading of the list of Speakers. Kerr was the Speaker during the 44th Congress but was only the 28th Speaker. SOTH often stay through multiple Congresses or come and go multiple times. The actual 44th speaker from everything I can see is John McCormack who was SOTH for a number of years through the 60s and 70s.
Now I'm not saying there isn't some other meaning behind the choice to call him the 45th speaker but this theory just doesn't line up with the dates. Could be as simple as the number 45 confirming that he is Trump's approved pick for SOTH.
Since was looking into this a few days ago I still have the link... just incase anyone is interested, here are all the Speakers....
https://history.house.gov/People/Office/Speakers-List/
The Republic officially became a Corporation in 1878. So 1876 was when the last (44th) SOTH of the Republic was named. This makes Johnson the 45th SOTH of the Republic.
We were only at our 28th Speaker at that time. It was the 44th Congress but Speakers have often been Pelosi types that stay in office through more than one Congress at a time.
How 78? I thought it was 71.
The process started in '71. It became official in '78.
The 44th speaker was Joseph Martin in 1947 and 1953. The 44 that most seem to be referring to was the 44th Congress, not the 44th speaker.
Thanks for the info...
Maybe 45 just living rent free
Or was he telling rhinos this one is MAGA?
Trump took power from Washington DC and gave it back to @We the People”
Ya I have read all the comments here and nothing really explains what went on here. How did they come up with 45th speaker for this??? Not even close no matter how you try to think about it other than Trump was 45 and he is a Trump pick. Makes no sense any other way.
1876 was the 44th Congress but the Speaker at the time was only the 28th. The actual 44th Speaker was John McCormack in the 60s and 70s.
I love the idea of a hint at restoring the Republic and I think a lot of other hints do point toward that happening or having already happened. However on this particular quote the dates don't add up. Seems more likely just a simple 45 to signal to us that he is Trump's approved pick.
Hasn't this ebeen discussed on an earlier post
Several
As far as I'm concerned I'm gonna live like its true. What does it mean for us if it is? Oh boy.
That's a wild statistic. 44 speakers in the first 100 years, 12 on the next 150.
