Hand counting is the only way, every counter has to sign off on those ballots and if they are audited that person is accountable if there are any discrepancies. With electronic ballot tabulators/counters an algorithm can be used to switch the votes to Democrat at whatever percentage the cheaters want. Its funny, many decades ago all ballots were hand counted and we knew who was the new POTUS in less time than what it takes with all that expensive electronic Dominion and Smartmatic Cheatmaster machines that are readjusted during the night and days beyond election day until the Democrats get a win.
The corrupt Judicial branch will dismiss any case that would bring this information forward in discovery. If they don't dismiss the case they will say that you have no standing. There is no way to get around the crooked judges.
