Whole dorms at the universities that were shut down and empty due to COVID-19 had thousands of 'registered voters' with that address that turned in ballots and also ballots with addresses from commercial properties (not allowed), vacant parcels with no buildings, and 'false' addresses, that is, fake house numbers that were in between two actual existing addresses. When they went door to door in random checks, they found none of the neighbors with existing addresses knew the voter with the fake address.

I'm pretty sure my voter registration has my address from like, 3-4 moves ago. Isn't it plausible that a shit ton of people just don't update their registration when they move?
If you have a relatively short move, likely across town, I am sure your voter registration stays up to date, as long as you update your address at the post office. If you move to a new state, you might need to register in that state. I am not that sure as I live in North Dakota where you don't need to register.

I wonder what the real number of citizens actually is. Seems like population number is a good cover for fraud.
The higher the population number goes the more they have to choose from when it comes to voting.
The census seems to be another system to cover the population which covers voter turnout.
