There’s no reason we can’t protect the precious unborn the way Peru has here.
Life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness are all God given and unalienable rights. The constitution is supposed to prevent the government from infringing on these rights, NOT grant them (that would make them revocable privileges)
Interesting that a country that recognizes and celebrates ayahuasca as an integral part of its cultural heritage is the first to recognize the rights of unborn humans. Bravo Peru, hope to see more of this
