Personally, I think free/unlimited energy is the grand daddy of all tech, it would allow us to cut so many chains that bind us to 'the system'.

Free energy, easy. It would open so much industry, each home could produce all its own food, clean water, even refined goods.
It would also immediately end scarcity. Even gold can be made with enough energy, couple this with 3-d printing and it’s obvious why we can’t have access to it.

Obligatory Free Energy is probably number 1.
The Age Therapies/MedBed shit. Or whatever they’re calling it now. Would be number 2. Not even the fountain of youth/life extension shit. Just Allowing people to continue preforming at their physical prime for 80 years would be an immense game changer. A Construction Worker with the equivalent body of a Healthy Twenty year old. But the Age, Skills, and experience of 30-40 years in the field could accomplish a whole lot more on a Job site then a green rookie. Or a 50-60 year old whose feeling the effects of working construction all his life.
Holodecks/Simulators would probably be number 3. At least depending on how it’s rolled out. It could be a ready solution to several health problems such as Obesity. Not to mention open a range of possible therapeutic options.
Started homesteading already past my prime and it's gotten nothing but worse.
It's a shame when you only figure out what to do almost too late to do it.
Staying fully productive longer through life would be a game changer. So much to do, not enough of me left.
Don't forget food replicators.

I love the idea of flying cars, but imagine the accidents.
I'd imagine most of them would be flown via software/air traffic control routing to avoid accidents.
