State law should determine this. This is an election integrity issue.

Well if commies are going to cheat and make a mockery of our elections then every non commie party/ candidate running in ‘24 should play by the same “standards”. Flood the system with ballots to the point where PA has upwards of 10-15 million more ballots than eligible voters. Then maybe, this fraudulent scheme will be criticized and ended. Especially if non commie candidates win races over the presumed selected ones.

The Dems in PA have the steal down pat. They own the judges, juries, the attorneys, the unions, the warehouses, the printers and control the largest urban centers. Take a good look at Fetterman and ask yourself in what other state could a person like that get elected to anything?

Judges can't change election rules. That's up to the state legislature. They did this in 2020 effectively nullifying PAs electoral votes, imo.

Are there no lawyers in Pennsylvania who know how to write a brief that can be brought before an appellate court? Then, if that goes sideways, it can go all the way up the ladder to SCOTUS.
NOTE: People had meltdowns after SCOTUS refused to hear election fraud arguments from Texas. SCOTUS sent it back WITH INSTRUCTIONS on what they needed in order to hear it. I believe this was signed by Justice Barrett.
