What is going on in China? Mysterious pneumonia affecting children? Should we panic?? No! But be prepared. Mycoplasma is a bacteria that is treatable with antibiotics like Zithromax. It causes what we call walking pneumonia. If it’s a virus like flu, RSV or covid I’ll say build your immunity with Vit C, D and Quercitin. I also recommend everyone get hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin in their medicine cabinet. Do not wait till you get sick or it reaches our shores. Our covid care complete pack includes both and Zithromax. So you’ll be covered. Make a telehealth appointment on http://drstellamd.com. Do not be scared! Be prepared!

She was right about the first scam they pulled so I'd trust the info. I wouldn't order anything from her though. Had a bad experience that was never resolved.
What is the cost?
Good question. I just clicked around the site and couldn't find a cost for a telemed visit or anything.
Seems if you start with the menus at the top you'll get there:
https://telehealth.drstellamd.com/#/intakeform/selector
Doesn't seem like a bad package. Mostly antibiotics but it could be nice to have them on hand for use as needed. I'd be curious to know the $ amount as places were dramatically jacking up the IVM and HCQ price during wu-flu. I'm much more into veterinary-grade products these days.
Good enough for a million dollar race horse is good enough for me!
I did click through that link but I couldn't see how much she charged for a telemedicine visit. It just puts you straight into filling our your info to make an appt.
I'm going to look into that as well, it seems like I paid a pretty penny for my ivermectin, but I'm going to have to re-up pretty soon.
Get 8.00 per tube horse paste ivermectin from valleyvet.com
I have three tubes in a drawer, lol
Order from India.
Depending 250 tob350 for the prepackaged kits from Reynoldsmeds.com

Funny I loaded up on Z pac from Mexico last month ,, it is one of the best antibiotics.
Be aware of possible fungal infections that can come after a course of azithromycin. Make sure you mitigate that risk.
I believe there is always a mild risk of an opportunistic fungal infection with any antibiotic that alters the bacterial flora.
You are correct. Any antibiotic can cause problems and people need to be aware of those problems. Self medicating is a double edged sword.
In my years of clinical practice, azithromycin was more likely to cause fungal problems from a single treatment course. It came onto my radar when, according to many colleagues that were alternative practitioners whose brains I frequency picked and applied their knowledge, saw a huge rise in people seeking their help after being prescribed Z-paks for sinus infections. People suffering with downstream gut symptoms sought their help with these problems - some had become chronic. I found it interesting how the alternative practitioners were dealing with the consequences of more traditional mainstream therapy. The whole gut biome connection was just gaining traction and it gave me pause - this was not part of my training. This was several decades ago and our knowledge base on this topic has increased tremendously. At the time however, most of my more mainstream colleagues dismissed the idea. Many unfortunately, still do not consider it as important.
Any scripts for antibiotics I gave were judicious, always came with warnings, and mitigation strategies to prevent gut flora upset. Z-paks I found were very effective at dealing with sinus infections - which I could always expect a rise in cases during the fall and winter months when the heaters started getting cranked up. I live in a low humidity climate and the heaters dry the air out even more. A simple xylitol nasal spray works wonders at preventing the problem. I cannot speak for others, but this was my experience.
The rise in C-diff complications was an attention getter for me as it relates to antibiotic use. Up to that point, the condition had been very rare. What was happening in these patients and why the sudden increase? I attributed it to the fact that Americans already had altered gut flora and the antibiotic simply broke the camel's back. Thankfully, I personally did not have a patient that suffered with the problem after coming to see me. I did however, have a few patients that did have prior experience with C-diff and the stories of their experiences were horrendous. Surprisingly, some were hospitalized after being treated for dental infections. Dentistry writes a great deal of prescriptions for antibiotics - with little or no counsel to deal with the gut issues. But, dental infections can be very serious and must be dealt with. Altered gut flora due to poor diet, medications, and toxic overload, makes the likelihood of C-diff and other opportunistic infections much greater. People need to be aware of these risks when they decide to treat themselves or seek professional treatment. Consumer beware.
Thanks for the rundown. Retired OMS so I can vouch for the extremely serious dental infections. I did a lot of hospital stuff (trauma, etc. and it included severe infections). I always worried about the C-diff thing but I was fortunate in my career to not have any complications that didn't resolve without a bit of help from my hospitalist friends. During my career antibiotics for prophylactic use were severely cut back in use and the way we gave them, making complications less of a risk.
Thanks for your input. Retired from GP myself. Worked in medical research before going into clinical practice.
I can attest to the seriousness of dental infections that people blow off. I got pretty good at just telling by how someone looked that they had a serious dental problem brewing. Impacted 3rd molars were not uncommon and people walk around with that time bomb for years. I had one guy with bad MD molar that he was putting off treating despite his wife and myself insisting he get get it taken care of. Over a weekend his wife said he didn't look well and wanted to take him to the ER. Never ignore the wife's instincts. He wanted to ignore her and go to the dentist the following week but she wasn't having it. He developed a rapid onset severe cellulitis. If he had not gone to the ER when he did, the doc at the ER said he would not have made it through the night. By the time the wife got him to the ER he could barely breath. He spent almost 2 weeks in the hospital.
Spent a short rotation with a OMS/MD at the hospital. Learned a lot from that guy. Like you, a lot of trauma and reconstructive cases. It is amazing how you guys put shattered faces and lives back together. Our training really lacks study on dental issues and the havoc they can cause - got to keep the domains separated you know.
I hadn’t heard about this ,, TY ! I’m not a big antibiotic person ,, I did take ivermectin last year . I bought the azitromicina ( lol spell check did the Spanish spelling ) while I was in Mexico buying ivermectin, I know it’s a good for flus , I also bought Cipro and a few other bottles of antibiotics . I’never got Novid I never get flus , but I have given tons of antibiotics away to people who did get sick ,, I try to keep people out of hospitals . My son has a sober living house here in San Diego , he has atleast 12 guys in there at all times. During Novid they were all getting really sick. I was handing out ivermectin and Z pacs like candy .
You are welcome. Cipro has a nasty side effect profile. Avoid it if you can.
For mycoplasma: Doxycycline will also work and is cheaper to access online without a script. Not for use in young children - use a macrolide like azithromycin. Also fluoroquinolones like Cipro are also recommended - but I personally don't like the side effect profile.
Just one thing about what is taking place in Northern China. I follow fairly closely Chinese news - not the CCP kind. Those areas in Northern China had massive flooding a couple of months ago. Children and young adults were showing up to hospitals and clinics almost immediately with some kind of respiratory issue they labeled as thunder asthma.
Some of those areas are extremely toxic and the flooding took it to a whole new level. Who knows what kinds of things these people were exposed to as far as toxicity and bacteria. Mycoplasma does not sound out of line here. Children and the elderly are most vulnerable because of the pollution weakening their lungs.
One thing is clear to me from what is able to make it out from Chinese netizens, the people are scared and they don't trust the government. The CCP's 50cent army is out in full force trying to scrub social media as fast as things get posted. Just as a side note, the CCP just loosened foreign travel visa restrictions into China making it much easier - a 15 day visa exemption. Timing sounds a bit weird.
I appreciate your input
Please don't take Cipro unless you have no other choice (or if you are exposed to anthrax). It caused my Achilles tendon to rupture years ago, but I didn't know that was a side-effect. Then years later I was prescribed Cipro again and within a week I was having serious troubles walking and was under severe pain. I stopped taking it and it took almost a month for those issues to go away. This is a well-known issue.

That is why I stated it is recommended for mycoplasma, but I do not like the side effect profile - for the reason you stated. It causes all kinds of connective tissue problems and it should not to be used by someone with diabetes. Thanks for the clarification for others that read this post.
Agree about the Doxycycline. Zithromax/Azithromycin have been known to cause atrial fibrillation for over a decade now. Doxycycline does not.

Agreed. Z-paks can cause candidiasis from hell. Like steroids, they hand the stuff out like candy.
Can you provide a link to website where i can purchase doxycycline and Zpack. I misplaced where i ordered from two years ago and would like to have on hand again. Thank you.
I purchased my doxy from a fish supply place here in the US. Veterinarian antibiotics are the same medication used in pharmacies only cheaper with no script. I don't remember the site, but you can search for fish antibiotics. You can purchase 100 pills of amoxicillin or doxycycline and the like. Last time I bought a bottle it was around $40. Azithromycin is more expensive but you can get it - just in much smaller quantities. If I need a Z-pak I have a colleague I can contact to call me in a script since I am retired. I don't have problems using either doxy or amox on the rare occasion that I need it because I eat clean meat and other animal products. Agribusiness uses about 80% of all antibiotics produced. You are what you eat. Our food supply is the number one cause of antibiotic resistance.
I have various antibiotics in my medicine chest. I have never used an overseas pharmacy. Drugs may be easier to get from the veterinarian supply now that the demand is down - but it may not be for long if this thing takes off. I also have metronidazole/Flagyl just in case I may encounter a more antibiotic resistant bug to use in addition with a regular course that is not yielding good results. Use with caution as with all meds and be aware of possible side effects of all drugs you purchase like this - everyone is different. If this thing is mycoplasma, I plan on using doxy and Flagyl if I need it. There are more antibiotic resistant strains of mycoplasma out there. Do not use amox to treat mycoplasma because it is resistant to beta-lactam antibiotics. I also have my Ivermectin as well.
I hope this helps.
Great information. Thank you.
You are most welcome fren.
Any macrolide based antibiotic should work, and, if you can't get that, a tetracycline should also work although they are quite a bit more expensive.
Learn your antibiotics and stock these four: Penicillin's, Macrolide's, Cephalasporin's and Tetracycline's.
I, personally, never use the fluoroquinolones. Many people have bad reactions to them, and the reactions can be quite severe. This would be antibiotics like ciprofloxacin.
I'm not a physician and this is not medical advice. It is merely observation from ten years of studying, buying and administering antibiotics for myself, my wife and several kids. Haven't used many prescriptions since about 2014.
Be careful not to use any expired tetracyclines. Most other meds are fine (although they can be less effective) but tetracyclines specifically can cause a dangerous issue that can damage your kidneys (doxycycline is ok though).

I have a medicine cabinet with all those. But, I do know what I am doing with antibiotics since medicine is my wheelhouse. My recommendations were specifically for treating mycoplasmas. Agreed that Cipro is too nasty to use and it has too many side effects. Therefore, the doxy is most likely the best choice for most people baring any allergies. Penicillins and cephlasporins are not useful for mycoplasma because of the antibiotic resistant strains out there. Azithromycin is more expensive and does have some unwanted side effects - especially fungal infections. Tetracycline can have some stomach issues associated with it.
C-diff is a real risk especially with older adults, so any antibiotic use should not be done haphazardly. You are right - everyone should know what they are taking.
Alldaychemist.com is a reliable source for quality meds without prescription. I’ve made multiple orders from them without issue.
I worked in places for prolonged periods w no medical care. We all carried Z-Packs (Zithromax) and Cipro. If you got sick above the stomach take Z-pack. Stomach down, Cipro. Needless to say I took a lot of Cipro 💩
taking absolutely nothing & ignoring MSM worked 100% for my family & I last go around, I see no reason to change things now.
it's just "that time of year". they haven't even proven the old scam virus to exist in the real world & we are just going right into round 2? pc models & flawed test kit results do nothing for me.
