I faced a similar situation at the onset of the vax push. I knew a requirement was in the pipeline so I just sent out resumes. Turns out I found a much better job. Keep your faith, God has your back wherever you go.
Don't give up and document EVERYTHING! The longer your paper trail (paper copies of company emails for discovery later), the more chances they realize they are on the losing side if this goes to court. Lawyers prefer to NOT respond to you than further expose the company to possible litigation with evidence of a conversation on the topic. 👈 IMPORTANT TACTIC
I pushed back on my extremely large multi-billion $$$$ employer (who is also in the health industry) and all they shot back were empty threats of "disciplinary action" that never came.
I asked for proof of effectiveness and a guaranteed compensation in the event I was injured by the shots and couldn't work anymore. HR said they passed my questions and comments up to legal and then on to the resident medical experts.
They NEVER responded even after I poked the bear asking for answers months later.
My cousin is an RN and he got an exemption for both medical and religious reasons through his hospital. So there is hope.
When you do what’s right somehow the consequences usually work out in your favor. A better job will probably come your way. One you didn’t know existed is being prepared as I type. I am proud of you and your stance.
PS I know a PA who found a better job in alternative health after refusing to be jabbed.

They don’t care about me. They just want conformity. And if you don’t, they come after you. I will make it. I have the support of my husband and family behind me. It is on like Donkey Kong.
There have been many studies that the masks do harm. You would have to find a lawyer and take them to court. Probably costly for you to start on.
Taking documentation to them should be done. Just so if you wanted to move forward with a case; it would show that you had presented valid research.
This really is not about health, it is about keeping the power to decide what happens in the hands of the health authority. That alone should be a cause/case a lawyer should want to take on.

I’d definitely have to go outside of my area to get anyone to go against our system. It’s not out of the realm of possibility and I’m keeping all options open. I work from home permanently for 15 years for different companies but currently a large HC institution, coding medical records. During covid mandates, they tried to force me to get one even though I am at home. I only received an exemption because I got one for the flu shot years earlier and had to keep applying each year, stupid, as I just sent the same paperwork. This year they decided not to mandate the flu shot for permanent home workers, thank goodness. I would never have made it on site wearing a useless mask 8 hours a day for 3 years during the covid nonsense, nope.
Assuming you are in the USA, a requirement for you to wear a mask when no one else is in a healthcare environment is a prima facie violation of your HIPAA data.
I would also say that this is clearly medical discrimination.
If you haven’t already, forward every bit of email documentation and voicemails to something under your personal control. The current environment may not be ripe for litigation but that will change in the future. And you will find a better opportunity.

I would ask the hospital if they follow "evidence based medicine." They will either say yes, or they will be evasive and not want to answer that question.
I would then demand evidence of any scientific study PROVING that face masks are effective against Covid (impossible to do, since face masks will never be able to protect against a fake scam -- it would be easier to find a unicorn to measure its horn).
Best to make this demand in writing, including a copy via email -- before the "hearing" or whatever administrative thing they are doing to make the decision.
I would also give them a copy of this study, which is published on PubMed stating that wearing a face mask reduces respiration rate and oxygen levels in the blood:
Wearing the N95 mask resulted in reduced respiration rate and oxygen saturation by pulse oximetry (Spo2) within 1 hour, with elevated heart rate (mean change, 3.8 beats/min [95% CI, 2.6-5.1 beats/min]) 2 hours later until mask off

Something along those lines, depending on how harsh you want to be. The point is: THEY have ZERO evidence on their side. ALL of the evidence is on your side, which means they are engaging in fraud. Fraud carries triple damages in a lawsuit, btw, so make sure the attorney goes for triple damages -- how ever many years of lost income, plus pain and suffering, times 3, plus punative damages on top of that. Could be a multi-million dollar lawsuit.
They ARE acting in bad faith, whether they realize it or not.
Also, if they do fire you, the first thing I would do is send this letter to the CEO and legal department of HQ, not necessarily your specific hospital (if it is a larger operation). I would demand reinstatement with back pay and bonus, or see you in court.
If they think you have the goods, even if they are baffled by the info you present to them (the CDC never told them about any of this), then they might make an exception for you rather than open this potential can of worms.
If not, find an attorney who will do a contingency, if you can. Or, handle it yourself if you can't find one.
