Agree. But if my theory is correct, we didn't hear (ironically) "resident" because the compressor brought the output level down to prevent speakers from making 10000 people deaf. Just a theory.
It's a good theory but I just can't see it. There isn't time for the word 'resident' before the word 'of', whether it was compressed or not. Also, a compressor would level the sound, not make it and a little smidge of time disappear completely.
I think there is something funky with the video. Probably completely innocent, but funky nonetheless. I wish I'd watched this one live.

Obama was 44 and he served two terms. Nobody said he was 44th AND 45th. Whether he served one term or two he was the 44th president. Trump was the 45th president. Whether he served one, two, or three terms he's still the 45th.
Of course it's realistic to say 45th and 47th is Biden is the 46th.
If Biden gets a second term (I know, I know, I'm just supposin') we wouldn't call him the 46th AND 47th would we?
When the history textbooks are written about this period, Trump will probably be listed as 45-47* with a footnote about Joe Biden being set up as illegitimate 46 in order to expose and take down the entire cabal.
