EXCELLENT...have never seen this...will share...thank you...
Glad you enjoyed it... Cheers fren... ☕️☕️☕️
Being content is a very difficult thing. Rich and poor people struggle with being content.
I am guilty for asking God to make my handicapped child whole too. The only thing that rattles my life is critically thinking about my oldest being alone after his parents pass away. How will he be taken care off? Will he become one of those homeless people?
That is harder for than anything I have ever faced and until my son has to face such a thing no one will know either. I could just be an over thinking person.
So I chose to be content in the situation. Just yesterday I thought eternity makes this life what? Very precious and positive indeed :)
My prayers to you and your family fren.. Cheers and may God's blessings g be on you and yours... ☕☕☕
I appreciate your thoughts on the reality of your life. I just want to remind you that God loves your child even more than you do and believing in that love through our complete faith in God gives us the peace and contentment you have achieved...the great thing is that God's promises are true and He always gives us what we need even if it is not what we want.
God bless your family richly and may you feel the love and provision of God in your life because God is love and perfect love casts out fear.
Actually God said we are more than Conquerors through him that loved us. That he is able and willing to perform that which he has promised.
That all things are possible to he that believes the promise of God.
God promises health and prosperity IF we believe it. God sent his Word and healed them. Tribulation is the greek word for mental pressure and yes that worketh patience and patience hope and hope gives us endurance UNTIL we get delivered. God is a God of YES. If your God isn't you should change God's to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
If you keep hearing NO then you are talking to the wrong God God actually says he is seeking the whole earth to find someone to be strong for in their behalf.
Choose you this day whom ye will serve and whom you will Ask.
Best prayer i know is "God Help!"
To ask God for help is one thing but we humans are selfish and lazy most times. We want what we want when we want but as the Bible says, all in His time. So we are told no until the time is right to be told yes... Cheers fren... ☕☕☕

It's drastic. I feel as if they have us backed into a corner with no hope of getting out. But I am keeping the faith that the Lord will provide the way. God bless. Got to go. Time to go and put some boys on the bus.
Yes. I was just thinking I hadn't seen anything from u/Dreadnought61 in a long time.
Thank you for thinking about me fren... I got kind of burned out and my health hasn't been the best... I have been lurking a lot but will try to make my presence known more often, Cheers... ☕️☕️☕️
He comes and he goes. I also heard from SirRupert the other day on Hold the Line and he too flitted in and flitted out.
I’m always struck by the parallels between Christianity and a free, libertarian society.
Christ gives us freedom to follow his footsteps and be better people, not through forced compliance.
A person who is poor can be given free welfare and never better himself, or he can be given opportunity to choose a job, work hard, and become stronger to support himself.
A person who struggles with addiction can have that addiction outlawed, but it won’t heal the person or fully prevent the person from being consumed by the addiction if he doesn’t want to change. But he can confront the addiction and overcome it with his own strength once he does.
We can worry about our own personal freedoms and only concern ourselves with persecution when it comes for us. Or we can sacrifice ourselves and our own comfort so that we provide a better world for those after us.
Christ really is the model for society.
Very well said... Cheers fren...☕☕☕
Beautiful and so true! Thank you for this lovely explanation. I appreciate you 🙏
" THIS DAY IS YOURS DON'T THROW IT AWAY", living every moment with the End in mind. "Be very careful, then, how you live - not as unwise but wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil" Ephesians 5: 15-16. Make the most of every minute like heaven is in it. Living life preparing for His Kingdom.
Agreed and Amen fren... Cheers... ☕☕☕
I distinctly recall Jesus healing the sick and blind, and saying that the things he has done, we will do also, and greater things...
This is the rationalization of someone who has failed in prayer.
I don't think so... If you read the last part of it again, it's saying to pray for the betterment of your live and understanding towards others... Cheers fren... ☕️☕️☕️
I was referring primarily to the bit about the handicapped child. Jesus would have healed the child.
Agreed fren...
This is the Best Post I have seen in a long time! Thank you!
I'm glad you enjoyed it fren... Cheers... ☕☕☕
Thanks for sharing.
Love you heavenly Father. 🙏❤️
Amen fren... Cheers... ☕️☕️☕️
I like this view. It contradicts praying though.
I wouldn't say that it contradicts praying... I'd say it teaches us to pray for the greater good rather than for selfish purposes... Cheers fren... ☕️☕️☕️
Just playing devil's advocate, so do you think it's selfish for people to ask for them to pray for them, like if they get a disease?
Not at all... The power of prayer is amazing and can truly heal the sick... Cheers fren... ☕☕☕
Cheers m8
I'm sharing this everywhere! GOD BLESS YOU 🙏 🙌❤
I'm glad you liked it... Cheers fren... ☕☕☕
Beautiful, God bless the author.
Amen to that fren... Cheers...☕☕☕
Cheers!
Had to print it out for the fridge
I'm honored that you liked it that much... Have a great evening fren...
You as well!!
WRONG!
God is not the God of no! God is the God of Yes and Amen! God is the God of promises!
Please consider this point...God DOES many times answer "no" to our supplications because there is greater purpose in our growth when we allow God to train us according to His will and in His Time and for His purpose.
The Bible explicitly says "Ask and you shall receive" but God is NOT a fairy godmother that grant's our every wish...rather there is a fine interplay with God answering our prayers according to His will with either a yes or no.
Paul asked to be physically healed from his "thorn in his side" but wasn't because God had a greater purpose in allowing Paul to continue life with that affliction. When we pray God answers yes or no and each is a legitimate answer to prayer.
It is a lot like when we have kids...no is a necessary part of parenting...when all we do is say yes to our kids and give them everything they want, we raise selfish, shallow children with very little depth to their character. I view no as a necessary word to our development as healthy, happy, whole, well-rounded people.
So I guess there are different ways of looking at the above article...and that gives people the ability to consider the veracity of the words...
Be it unto you according to your believing. I believe God hearsbl every prayer and wants for us what his word claims He wants for us.
Christ came that we might have the more than abundant life, Satan steals, kills, and destroys. GOD stops all that when we believe his promises such as being greater than Satan because of the Gift of holy spirit. Christ didn't let the devil do crap around him and told us the works he does we shall do and greater works because he Went to the Father.
Believers are not weak or doormats for the world and God being a good Father doesnt leave us hanging. r I believe this and I experience because I believe it. Watch what you believe and confess because that's what you will manifest.
May as well Confess the best promises God has which are all of them.
I don't disagree with what you said but God some times does say no in the sense of not right now or the time isn't right... Cheers fren... ☕☕☕
Hey buddy! Perhaps you might consider it as "Not Right Now" then. Isn't that what a promise is? Receipt of a gift delayed until later.
Not Right Now:
Addiction - NRN, you must give it up to Me first
Healing - NRN, in the world to come
Patience - NRN, you must learn and grow it through needing it (patience is a fruit of the spirit... Fruit comes after and bc of growth)
Happiness - NRN, you must choose it first
Pain - NRN, suffering conforms you to the image of His Son. It will go away in the world to come when you've reached perfection
Growth - NRN, growth is a process
Things - NRN, seek first the kingdom
Love - God is love. Love God with all your heart, soul, might; serve Him with all your heart and all your soul; walk in all His ways and hold fast to Him. Seek Him will all your heart.
Very well said...
Kekek... God does say no at times... That is how we learn the lessons He wants us to learn... It isn't a bad thing so don't take it that way fren... Cheers and have a blessed day... ☕️☕️☕️
No to sin aan no to our self willed plans but never says no His Word ever.
ALL the promises of God are yea and Amen.
Right!
God Says Yes!
Trump Says Yes!
Amen.
Cheers fren... ☕☕☕
