Has anyone here looked up the methods for convening grand juries or filing indictments?
Do indictments have to be filed through a DA, or can’t anyone do the paperwork for them?

Oh, so no big deal!? How many have been arrested, thrown in prison, no speedy trial, lost jobs, homes, families and their lives. Those involved are despicable and deserve the death penalty.

You don't need a Hollywood producer to create a dramatic TV production to sell the truth to the people. If you need to manipulate the story it is most likely a lie.
