However, if Kate Middleton is indeed COVID-19 Vaccine injured, the most likely complication she would have suffered after a "medical emergency" or a surgery of ANY kind, would be blood clots. A stroke, for example.
I have written several articles about the dangers of COVID-19 Vaccinated individuals having surgeries (even minor surgeries) - due to the very high risk of potentially fatal complications (most commonly blood clots - strokes, pulmonary embolisms, and occasionally hemorrhages).

The flaw with the injection theory is that all the politicians, etc. received placebos - not the actual deadly injections.
9 months recovery is for something much more serious than any abdominal surgery... but what that might be is anyone's guess.
However, there is a non-serious condition that traditionally lasts for 9 months... and it is abdominal in nature as well... hmmm.
