Honestly it throws red flags for me, pixelation looks distorted like it has been altered, many lines of text are completely different sizes, looks like a floating character of some sort to the right of the third line, makes it seem like it was heavily mashed up. Because honestly.. how many times does it take, realistically, to screenshot an image until it look so this bad? 10? 20+?
Why are you so invested in the subject of where this post came from? The original was in cyryllic, so seeing the original ain't really gunna help.

I don't think that all. I was extrapolating in a hypothetical space. A what if it was Russians, and I pointed out that this sort of misinformation is not really a Russian Modus Operandus. So no, I don't think it was Russians who allegedly 'hacked' the GPS of that boat. Plus, there is always the legality of attacking the USA, which is very important for Russians.
TBH, that post could well be from a Ukrainian.
Russians do use Maskerovka, which is a form of deception, but that is more aimed at military misdirection on the batttlefield, not propaganda.
