Roe v Wade was never a good decision. The power to decide the abortion issue resides with the states, where is is today, as the founders intended. Stop giving power to the feds that is not theirs. Work, vote and convince YOUR state to make the laws you want. That's how it is supposed to work. This. When I wrote speeches on roe v wade, I never wrote about abortion itself. I wrote about the assumed power of the court deciding when life begins and posited that they just also assumed the power to decide when life was over and what life even was. I also got into the privacy issue. Like marriage laws, this is a state issue.

There are organizations on both sides of the abortion issue that desperately need to keep it an issue. Like so many critical issues affecting the lives of Americans, there is no desire by our Elites on either side to see them resolved.
These “conservatives” criticizing the guy who led the way to overturning Roe v. Wade, are more worried about fundraising off the issue than they are about seeing it resolved once and for all.
