Build a giant Trade school. Then have the employers help with the costs. Last year I discovered a blue collar Tavern. It has nearly 80 years of continuity. The trades will always have work for the blue collars. The white collar jobs are shrinking and seem to only like people at their prime. Then they toss them.
Which is kinda funny as many of the kids doing those universities turn to onlyfans as supplemental income, then get double-y screwed when their looks fade as well.
It is an unfortunate path they have designed for women. If a Nation loves their women, they will not let th fall
I like to think it's self-inflicted though. So many of these feminist groups preached "self empowerment", and trying to avoid the male tyranny. Now these women are starting to realize that while these virtues are nice and all, they don't put a roof over their heads.
Also my onlyfans thing applies to men too, I've had a few co-workers over the years who have done stuff like that.
They have captured all human weaknesses and know how to entice. Forgiveness and a new Civil structure forward.

That is exactly right. I said this when my oldest went to college for music. He wasn’t “better” when he came out 4 yrs later, just in debt. And I said all you did was buy a diploma, just so you can be hired. That’s it. Mike is spot on here.
My diploma didn’t even get me hired, and to the best of my knowledge nobody has ever even seen it.

Our "schools" both PUBLIC & PRIVATE are NOT TEACHING the foundations for Critical Thinking Skills...It's all done on a damn tablet...
Writing is a way of expressing ones' inner self and it is also leads to coherent thinking skills along with abstractions of ideas...
The technology stuff is being taken over by FOREIGNERS...Kick the damn foreigners out...they are taking a seat that can be filled by a U.S. Citizen!!!!!!!!!

Worse is the college degrees that have nothing to do with your work. I was an airline pilot. I flew with pilots that had masters degrees in music, law, and medicine. At least I had my degree in aviation management

Worse than a college diploma having any value... a diploma from some colleges is a serious liability.
There are some colleges that I would NEVER hire someone who attended... regardless of grades or their degree. Berkley is just one of many. Resume and application will go right into the trash can.
When someone puts letters after their name, other than letters that are legally required for a prescription or singing of on something, I feel like it gives the outward impression of them being a bit dim.
Learn the trades. Trade school or apprenticing, both time-tested methods to make sure you stay important.

Id say its more like toilet paper than a receipt. Most degrees these days arent worth the paper they are printed on but kids still feel the pressure to get one when most of them probably arent cut out for college. The schools dont care they will take the easy money and discard you with the trash. Its all a scam.
