I always thought it was super interesting that the place next door the bombing was called "The Quarters" and everyone in the area called the place The Q.
I'm not suggesting you should look. Just saying that I'm not about to say "Oh, must be the white hats (or black hats)". A bomb went off near an AT&T building. That seems to be all we know. And I guess the odd thing about it is that a warning was telling people to evacuate so it seems whoever was responsible for the bomb wasn't looking to hurt innocent people. I assume there were no Q posts somehow related to this.
I remember at the time thinking it must be a WH Op because of the advance warning to the public and the timing of the explosion. It was the general consensus on forums for what that's worth..
