What happens after a sinner comes to repentance, Luke 15:7 “I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.”

How does one surrender to the Lord Jesus Christ?
Pray, he will tell you, he will show you, he will answer your prayer.
Through prayer by calling out to him and admitting you’re a sinner in need of a savior. Then repent any sin ever committed and avoid sinning again (but if you make mistakes as humans do repent again)
The call to surrender, or submit, to Jesus is step one in our sanctification, in our growth in holiness. To do this is to voluntarily put yourself under Jesus for his leading in your life. It is a step of humility, to admit that I cannot save myself, or change myself, into the person Jesus wants me to be.

If you are new to prayer, or new to the concept of Christ as Lord and Savior, I found this helpful to me, I pray to Him for guidance, I use the words and call him by name, Jesus Christ, son of God now, I have had doubts in my mind, I did feel foolish, especially if I had lived my life cocksure that I was the boss of my own life. Time and time again we are given evidence of our powerlessness over temptations that take us far from God, but we go back to denial. So, the simple prayer, Jesus Christ,I invite you into my life I do not understand all of this, please show me thy will, the way you want me to be". But then you must try to stay awake to see the signs, to see what choices come up for you in the day. Pay attention, you have a soul, it is the way God talks to you, some of us refer to that as the Holy Spirit. When the opportunity comes to forgive someone, somebody who pisses you off, ask him to show you the way, and be humble, tell him you cannot forgive but ask him to forgive him for you. (After all, he really is the only one with the power to forgive.) Open your mind and just invite him, as your teacher, through the Holy Spirit, to come into your life and show you the way. I was raised within an Irish Catholic home, my father was Presbyterian. At 18, I went as far from belief as any sinner could, labelled all religion as false, and did what I wanted to do. The results were not good, God only knows. I hope you ask Him to come in.
So these people that take children skin them alive, burn them alive, hunt them in hunting parties, remove all their organs, harvest their adrenechrome after torture can just call out to God and be saved.
What the hell is the point of ever doing anything good if evil can just change their minds. The entire thing is pointless.

So often I get this response but I’m happy to answer your question, No - It takes more than just a “call out” to be saved. But it is the first step and there are several after that. To be truly saved you must truly repent - meaning you are truly sorry for what you did and make every intention of not committing that sin again. It can take years of prayers if not a lifetime to overcome a very grave sin - only God knows your heart and whether you truly repented or not. But if you do not repent even the smallest sin can send you into eternal hell. We are all sinners, some bigger than others. Those you describe are so far from God that they will never surrender - this is why they need our prayers. Imagine what God can do with someone like that who once worked for evil but now surrendered their life to Him? I would image he at least could use them to expose the rest. So yes pray for your brothers and sisters who have sold themselves to evil. Many will not turn around but we only need a few of them on our side to start flipping tables.
Read the Bible. No, I mean read it like it is the Chronicles of Narnia,, Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones.. We are sharing this planet with non humans and human hybrids. Not everyone (thing?) on this earth is able to enter Heaven. The atrocities you speak of are some of the reasons the Bible says Jesus returns with the armies - plural - of Heaven, with a sword, his white robe stained with blood, to kill this evil. He sounds a wee bit ticked off too, because it says the blood spilled will run as high as a horses bridle. Is this a rabbit hole too far for you? The podcast Blurry Creatures discusses this. Those who cause terror, pain and death...no penalty is too great. Forgiving them is not in the picture. Not for me. That they are stopped, Is the only prayer I have that would mention them. That others are protected from them. Doing good, being compassionate, if that is our heart and personality then our own lives reflect that. I don't feel capable of extending it to people who hurt the innocent. Human or animal.
You’re not the one who has to forgive in this scenario. The only hope for them is Jesus who is capable of forgiving all sin. The truly evil will never turn but perhaps there are those weak ones who were threatened into compliance.
Had a conversation with GOD a few weeks ago about just this thing. I asked HIM this...How can a person who has given their soul to the Devil be saved? It has always been my belief that once the soul leaves the body the "shell" is worthless. Still waiting for an answer, but in my heart of hearts, I believe that there is a point of no return when it comes to GOD saving anyone!
I’m not so sure about that. Jesus did pay a hefty price to purchase us back. As much as I don’t like the thought of evil people being saved, Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross guaranteed that every soul has that chance. However not everyone will be called to God. He chooses whom is his chosen ones. The rest will have to make it on their own and cry out for him in true repentance. Sadly most are so removed from God they will be blind to finding their path home. Pray for them as they truly need it more than anyone.

The Bible says don't get tattoos. If you get tattoos does that mean he'll grow you? And if so, if you've lived a good and virtuous life but good turns you away from heaven for having tattoos then isn't that a pretty fucking stupid God?
Whether you have tattoos or not has nothing to do with your salvation. Jesus died on the cross for our sins so that anyone who believes in him can have a relationship with the father and be saved from eternal hell.
Does that also apply to gay people then dinner the Bible is clear about that too?
It’s a sin and mockery of Gods creation that must be repented and forgiven. Repentance means you stop sinning. So no I don’t believe we will have to endure gay couples in heaven. Nor transgender. Why would God have anyone walking around him that is openly mocking him and even tried to use HIS rainbow to cover it up?
Then that is where we fundamentally disagree about religion. The Bible is very clear about not making your bodies, ie tattoos. How is that not a mockery as you put it, but being gay is? If you've lived a virtuous life, made the lives of those around you better, loved and cared for your fellow man, left the world a better place after you've gone, and God says sorry no gays or tattoos allowed, do you think that is a just God? Is rather burn in hell than be with a god that cares more about your sexual preference than the kind of life you've led

Have tattoos? Correct, it doesn’t determine salvation per se.
Have salvation? Should not get any more tattoos, and if possible, should remove the ones that are there.
We can only hope to be forgiven for our transgressions to the exact degree that we are willing to forgive those who've wronged you.
You will be judged before entering heaven. The killers aren’t gonna make it in. They can beg Jesus all they want but it ain’t gonna help them. They’re gonna burn in hell for eternity.
Yes Jesus is the only one who can save them. Does that mean they will find him? I have my doubts. But regardless all souls can be saved and all sin forgiven if they accept him as their savior and believe he is the son of God.
