The SC will uphold the presidential immunity and rightly so, a president can't run the country if he's always looking over his shoulder. Besides, we have enough dirt on Obama and Biden to stretch their necks without it going away.

So they think they have the authority over the President and yet zero liability.
In my opinion, it is planned for DJT to lose the immunity case, which opens the door for obama/bush/clinton to be prosecuted for their crimes
