Her very last statement makes it sound like she is actually mocking this idea and all that she listed.
She said something like, "this also includes a very peculiar idea that humans are no longer more important than animals" . The way she said it, and the word "peculiar" makes me wonder if this snippet is out of context, and her speech is one of the reasons this treat did not get passed (yet).
