No, the Pizza Schmizza at the top is whom they are soliciting. It is a pizza restaurant run by a guy named "Andre Jehan" who appears to be a white-looking, older business man of Persian/French ethnicity who doesn't seem to (online anyway) proclaim any support or affiliation to BLM or LGBTQ (that I could find).
The solicitation letter is either a comical fake out or an actual shake down.
It's hard to prove either way. However, the address listed for the guy sending the letter is just a closed down restaurant converted to a Mail Box rental place.

I think this is fake. The address listed at the bottom is a former restaurant that is now closed. A Mail box/ P.O. Box rental place is what's currently listed at that address:

That adds confirmation to my initial thoughts on this.
On the other hand, this sounds exactly like what these enemies of America would do.
It is common for people to rent a mailbox to make them harder to find so there's no inconsistency with that. They would use a mailbox to keep their anonymity/privacy as activists.
Also, these leftist types often take on made up names that that they are known by in their circles in the organizations. It makes sense for them to have an activist pseudonym.
It might have been a scam but the name and location are not evidence of it being a scam. This was back in 2022 during the "Summer of Rage". Searches now might not turn up much, especially if they wanted to cover their tracks.
If you look up Allyship Development you will find a lot of hard core diversity inclusion etc. philosophy. It would take someone really immersed in that stuff to come up with that.
