Like the title of the post says, we’re allegedly in the home stretch before the most consequential presidential election in US history. But no one seems to be seriously campaigning or focusing on it. Virtually no ads (compared to previous years), the Democrats seem to not be campaigning, nor is the GOP (apart from a few Trump rallies), the media seems to not really care, and there are only preliminary discussions on possibly holding debates or town halls. It really seems, based on everyone’s actions, that they all know that there won’t be an election this year. Or at least a conventional one. On top of that they’re so busy with other things that they can’t even be bothered to go through the motions of pretending to care about campaigning for an election.
Just wondering what you guys are thinking about this.
Both sides know What's Coming. And Nobody Can Stop it. Both sides also know the last one was a coup and that they will pay the consequences soon.

I agree, but the question is whether the US holds a normal election? My best guess is that there are one or two world altering events and the powers that be cancel it (similar to what happened in Ukraine). Then maybe at some point the military steps in and holds a real one (think like the ones in Afghanistan… heavily monitored, and people having to dye their fingers purple).
Political ads should definitely be in full force. In years past, they would have started a year before the election and by now I would be rolling my eyes at them everywhere. I should be seeing them in my mailbox, email, all over social media... And I don't really see them this year. Thought it might be just me.
They don't have the money and trump doesn't need to spend it. His numbers continue to go up.
I’m Canadian, but watch enough US TV to see that it’s nowhere like past years. By this point I would be absolutely sick of seeing them and the airwaves would be fully saturated with candidate ads, attack ads, and ads for voting on proposition so-and-so.
Definitely not just you. Although some people here are saying they’re seeing a lot of local candidate ads.
It does feel that both sides are "going through the motions". And Trumps constant court trials, which I don't interpret as an actual threat to him, act as a way to keep the fact that this actually IS an election year in the public conscience.

Local ads in my area have been going full tilt for last 2 months. No presidential except for Trump. All local are democrats.
They KNOW that the market is going to crash, there's going to be a scare event and there probably won't be a regular election, esp if Trump is in the can.
Right now it's definitely feeling like the proverbial calm before the storm. We're getting little indications that the dollar and the markets are going to crash nearly every day now - Plus you've got the GME situation that can't really be resolved without all hell breaking loose.
Imagine "fire sale" - complete chaos because the market crashed, nobody knows what end is up, Trump is in the can, and there's some scare event - probably nuclear - and the power goes out (muh bitcoin wallet) - and all coms down for 10 days of darnkess...Are you ready? - Should the lights go out?

It’s very strange. 4 years ago we were in the midst of Covid and BLM bs. I really think they have something completely different planed to try and throw us off. Perhaps even something most normies would find as a positive. Unless off or use they already decided there is no election this year and WW3 is set to be declared before NOV.
That's because the General Election season hasn't even started yet. This election is unique, and the primary season usually doesn't even end until mid July. August-November is when the ads and campaign will truly start.
MSM around here playing non-stop Trump sucks ads.

AZ. The only time I watch MSM is in a bar. Last time I was there I was there for about an hour and a half. During that time, on MSDNC there were non stop Biden ads trashing our boy.
We have #DementiaJoe ads running once per hour during every "news" broadcast in the Charlotte, NC, region. Both NBC and CBS affiliates. (Don't watch any ABC so not sure what they are doing.)

I’m sure he will at least pardon Hunter before he leaves. Everything they do now is for optics as it’s an election year
I have read there's videos on that laptop of Hunter raping girls with screaming and blood.
Hopefully that evidence will see its day in court.
