This, only this! Building and or reopening the asylums that we’re closed would be cheaper on society then what’s being allowed to happen on our city streets. Retail theft would be reduced - it won’t go away completely - until we start chopping hands off. Drug use would be reduced - again, not completely - until we start executing drug dealers all the way down to the low level distributors. Blight would seemingly disappear overnight.
When Trump says there would be the greatest deportation event in the history of the US he then needs to set his sights on the homeless problem. With mass roundups of every vagrant hiding in every bush. Some will slip through the cracks and I would bet democrats would even go so far as to house them in literal “underground” housing so they could “live free and be happy.”
Fuck that, this madness needs to end now. Round up the mentality unfit and either get them the help that they need or they get to walk around on a nicely maintained, fenced-in facility for the rest of their lives. The asylums in California used to be self-sustaining with farm animals and vegetable gardens. Those asylum facilities actually gave some of those mentally unfit a purpose and something meaningful to do.

They really can influence your behavior. Homosexuality, Multiple Sclerosis, Schizophrenia, Alcoholism / Addiction, Alzheimer's, the list goes on and on.

Years ago, I worked the night shift at my local hospital, a level 1 trauma center, small, but efficient. We had some patients (homeless) that returned to the med/surge floor at least once a month or every other month, we called them our 'frequent flyers' because we knew we would see them again about 4 to 6 weeks later in the same condition or worse. They were very similar to these folks here. They talked to and yelled at their invisible "visitors/demons" until sedated. we would get them cleaned up, and stabilized after a few days, and then unfortunately, we were forced to send them right back out into the streets until they eventually didn't make it to the hospital on time. I was in a much smaller city than Hollywood, so I cannot even begin to imagine what it would have been like to have worked the night shift in a Hollywood hospital knowing what we know now.
Went to a friends house in Littleton, she lives on a golf course…to get to her place the streets were lined with campers, trash, wrecked vehicles, etc. I’d be exhausted living down there in condition orange continuously.
Completely surprised me. And alarmed me. Friends place is in a very nice neighborhood on a golf course. She didn’t mention nothing about it but I’m sure it’s been devolving the past few years. Reinforces always being prepared, carry extra mags, stay alert.
Every Democratic run city in America has a version of this. The biggest cities are the worst. Time for every person residing in these cities that can still function and think to vote for Trump. He's the only person capable of dealing with these hellholes. Vote out all Democrats everywhere. They've proven they are unable to govern wisely time and time again. We need to do a gigantic flush of government offices at all levels of Democrats.
