It should be obvious to everyone now - whoever gimped POTUS' security on Saturday are also responsible for grooming this kid and supplying him, guiding him, enabling him to get to that roof top and get shots off. Same puppet masters. The deep state.
The operative Narrative of the assassination attempt is that there were security lapses and incompetence, but those are laid on the little guys and the other LEs.

The police and Secret Service that were SUPPOSED TO BE on that building roof... had gone inside the building because it was "too hot out". They preferred to be indoors. :>(
Why wasn't it "too hot" for the police snipers on the other roof... or for the crowd of thousands of people... or for President Trump and his entourage? Everyone else seemed to handle the "heat" just fine.

To be fair, the camera can make this a bit deceptive.
Like, the roof on the left might actually be a degree or two steeper than it looks.
And as we all know, the difference between a 2 degree incline and a 4 degree incline can be the difference between “I barely notice this at all” and “holy cow — it’s hard to tell, but my front foot feels slightly elevated above my back foot”.
And you can’t expect people without special training to know how to deal with that.
HA I climbed and jumped off steeper roofs as a kid and it was so much fun I taught my younger sibs how to do it!
