This was 7 years ago, at a completely different stage of the Plan and the operation.

Insulated means there are protective barriers around a thing.

My view? The Q drops do not mean that the patriots are 100% infallible. It means that they are in control of the game board, but that does not include control over what the opponent does. Control over the game board means that they can restrict the opponents options further and further and further, limiting their options and steadily weakening their position until ultimately they have ZERO options.

Even then, the patriots are human beings, and human beings can only do what is humanly possible.

How does all this tie in with devolution theories?

In the case of Patel Patriot's Devolution Theory, it means that DJT devolved the government authority of POTUS and CIC to distributed layers of the government system to maintain essential functions while he vacated the position of Potus/CIC (to avoid civil war, to allow the People to see the reality of what they are up against, so that they, and DJT, could take action, later).

So, PP's devolution theory indicates that DJT or devolved govt. are not necessarily in control of SS, for example, and so a screw up (multiple screw ups) are possible.

My conclusion?

Devolution and the Patriot Plan do not involve the patriots pretending or doing every single thing or controlling ever single element. Not at all. Rather, it involves the Patriots having cut off much of the Cabal infrastructure, particularly the upper echelons, then restricting the game board more and more and more by exerting more and more control and dominance over it, thereby limiting (as much as is humanly possible) the evil that evil side can perpetrate and limiting the casualties and damage, while steadily cornering the enemy until they can do no more action: checkmate.

While the White Hats are cornering the cabal and deep state side, they try to limit the damage the DS can do, always working towards the time when checkmate can be implemented.

I expect that once DJT is restored to office of Potus, that will be checkmate. The DS is getting more and more desperate. And when they are desperate, they take actions that help destroy themselves. They tried to kill Trump, and failed, and the result is that they lose even more people and lose even more control over people.

The white hats don't need to take out Biden. They just step aside and let the DS minions do what deep state minions do: backstab, fight, engage in evil actions, all the while losing power and losing the war and destrying themselves.
