Now, if SCOTUS gets involved and invalidates her based on her parents not being citizens when she was born, then the SoTH would become POTUS and Washington DC would explode.

Kamala could not be PRESIDENT unless Biden resigned, or died. She can only be ACTING PRESIDENT. The only way Biden can relinquish President is if he resigns, dies or is outed under 25th amendment.
