You're confusing organizations. The IBA protects women and does not allow men in the ring with them. The IOC overrode and banned the IBA from doing what they had done, certifying qualified boxers for each Olympic event. The IOC and their tools allowed men in. The IBA supports champions with cash prizes. They are showing solidarity with the woman boxer.
Nonetheless, I believe the women should refuse to fight these men, and everyone of right mind should support them. Kudos for the IBA for putting their money where their mouths are.
I agree that women need to say no to competing against men, whatever they identify as. I swear, one day, we'll look back at this identifying as what the fuck ever BS and laugh. Right now, it's irritating.

The IBA is making a statement that the girl is the winner.. Both of these men specifically who fought were banned from IBA matches because of their testosterone levels. I think IBA foresaw this whole can of garbage coming and set all this up to reward the women.
