There isn’t a direct appeal to SCOTUS in this scenario - it will have to go through multiple other appellate courts before it can be appealed to SCOTUS.
The case was SO sculpted that the defense could not bring up anything about Dominion. It was clearly lawfare.
The problem is with the use of machines for voting. Particularly outsourced black box machines with software owned by other actors. The elected officials do not know what they are really doing when they follow the instructions from these actors.

On the bright side, incredible boomerang precedent was set in this case for use against those who "deceive and plot (plan) with others."
There could be another lawsuit coming in this showing the deception and plotting between SoS and Dominion.
It is my hope that this case is studied by experts and truly described in all its features. (Flipping witnesses, sculpted scope of the charges, Defense legal abilities, use of objections, young judges, etc.)
I keep wondering if just a couple of circumstances were different how this case would have gone. Like, if the county was required to provide the IT tech guy to do the before and after images.
And, and if there was a badge issued to the county clerk that was a temporary badge without a name on it. Such things exist in the corporate world, if I remember correctly.

The Judge did not allow her witnesses to testify, nor her evidence to be presented to the Jury. The Judge worked hand-in-hand with the prosecution to convict her. Where do they get that many people from? There is an actual head count required to flip a culture like that, and Colorado is visibly flipped culturally.

It is somewhat known that “well they moved from California”, but California didn’t lose any blue strength from that move, so where did they actually come from! To put this in hard numbers, if California has 10,000,000 blue heads, and loses 3,000,000 from this massive economic migration to Oregon, Idaho, Colorado, and Arizona, which is what everyone has been saying happened, how does California still have 10,000,000 blue heads?
We need to know how they do that trick, because what’s certain is that they didn’t flip 3,000,000 Republicans, especially as they still have the same numbers, too. It isn’t mathematically possible to lose vote-flipping numbers in population to other states while still retaining largely the same numbers in the House of Representatives, and while the country’s population as a whole stays relatively level.
We know the people running this crap are sick and basically consider people to be cattle, but do they run breeding programs off socialist subsidies, then underreport head counts before “driving their herds into other fields”?
They could easily hide an operation like that in New York City or New Jersey, if that was what was happening, but would that be possible in Los Angeles or San Francisco or San Diego or Seattle?
