For example, Flynn stated last week that out of 100 Senators, there were only "about 5" that were not compromised by blackmail and fully controlled by blackhats. Someone could have made that video whatever length they want, but for some reason chose 17 seconds.
The original version, posted earlier by Eric Trump was longer. DJT cropped out this 17 second clip and posted it.
