Hey frens!
I was looking for some suggestions on vitamin cocktails to help super charge my immune system and protect against covid. I am hoping I can share this information with family who I have been trying to educate for the past 3 years. Quite a few of my friends and family took the vax and couple have boosted, so I am hoping I can help them out with this information
What I am during taking:
Vitamin C Vitamin D with K2 Multi
I found this thread during a search and wanted to ask some questions:

is there a specific dosage I should take for the combo listed above? bromelain -- 500mg/day NAC -- 500-1000mg/day
Just looking for feedback and recommendations for myself and family I should note, I eat a lot of fruits, veggies and work out quite a bit (kettlebell, swimming, hiking.....) I am very picky about my food.
Really appreciate it family!
Vit C Vit D Quercetin and Zinc are my gotos when I start feeling something coming on. I also use the above to prep about two weeks ahead of travel and conferences.
I always use Designs for Health brand if available.
ahh yes...i forgot zinc..i have that as well, same with quercetin...good stuff
Absolutely. While the scamdemic was a joke, it opened eyes to alternative treatments for the flu. Since Zelenko, I haven't even walked down the cold and flu aisle at the grocery store. I'll take vitamins and supplements over the poison in that aisle any day. Have it on hand. If you feel a little off or get sniffley, take the protocol. It's gone the next day. I have it right next to my coffee pot on the kitchen counter ready to go any time. RIP DR Z!!!
I take those plus fish oil, clear lungs and echinacea.
Then mullein tincture to help clear lungs more if I’m feeling congested at all…my allergies cause post nasal drip and a chronic little cough that’s annoying.
Edit…add about 3/4” squeeze of horse paste twice a week.
We are still doing the covid thing here eh?
Since you eat mostly veggies, you will have to include doses of magnesium, Iodine, and iron a couple times a week. And, I would not take megadoses... especially of Vit D. Otherwise, you seem to be on the right track. Quercetin and Zinc is also my goto if I get flu-like systoms.
Zelenko protocol with Ivermectin, done!
Horse paste 2x a day (morning and bedtime). Kicked covid in 3days after catching it from the vaxxed folks at work. Have actually gotten in the habit of dosing the family with horse paste every time they've gotten sick since 2020, no one has been sick with anything longer than 3days.
Every time somebody in my family is sick, I start paste at the slightest bit of scratchy throat. Only one time out of probably eight have I gotten sick.
Each supplement has complements, so what happens is if you take one, you need to take the other. This, from experience, so, for example, I have noted the depletion of magnesium, if I happily take lots of vitamin D that cures all my ills - a little tick develops in a tiny muscle, and I have trouble sleeping, all of a sudden - so time to concentrate on magnesium also. One needs both, therefore:
If taking vitamin D, also take magnesium.
If taking vitamin C - although this vitamin can function by itself quite well - eventually, also take Iron (+ Eat enough meat), vitamin K and Quercetin. Beware that there is also an Iron/Calcium imbalance that especially athletes and pregnant women really have to watch. For example, too many dairy products (very nutritious, obviously) and the iron-levels can dip - even a daily smoothie incorporating skim-milk will do this. Vitamin C can help the iron uptake (+ eating more meat, less dairy) in those cases.
If taking Ivermectin take Zinc, because ivermectin and zinc work together.
I would also make a shout out to vitamin B, to keep the good mood up, give some energy, and serve as an emergency oops-we-feel-unwell drink (i.e., the effervescent tablets) in conjunction with a dissolvable aspirin. This last one is just lovely. We like to add ginseng, milk thistle, selenium and kelp as a shot-glass of mud-swill to chase with said drink.
And ultimately, trust your body. The regimen may morph one way or another because one notices something. Tune in to the little signals.

Check out the Zelenko Protocol if you haven't yet.
D,C and zink with a multi. The multi in the D equal 3000 units. During flu season I up to 5,000 on the D, for a total of 6,000 with the multi.
same....i am fortunate to live in a very sunny state, so I make sure I get as much sun as i can anytime and evern more so, if i feel something coming on.
i should probably have clarified a bit. It is more so the fully vaxed people I get nervous around TBH. I feel like I need load up when I know I am going to be around a bunch of people who I know are vaxxed and boosted......i swear I got sick from them last year at a conference.
A lot of people I know are sick with COVID right now. All tested positive, FWIW. All are vaxxed.
Positive of course because they willingly put covid into their body via the shot which has never been a vaccine. The only people I know that are getting sick are those who took the shot. Tried to tell so many of them. Even now offering up advice on things to take and these dolts only want more boosters. I can't anymore with these people unfortunately.
Ample sunshine and some zinc along with a healthy diet can do wonders for anyone worried about getting the sniffles.
My wife begged one of her friends repeatedly not to take the jabs. She scoffed at her (FBI IA and they didn’t mandate vax but you wouldn’t be allowed to travel). Anyhow, clean colonoscopy 2 years ago. Then 2 years later a 4CM mass in colon - stage 3. Chemo and surgery and she’s in remission for now. She sent her a text and said NO MORE JABS. If she gets another one, she’s done for.
Sunlight and a fresh variety of non-processed whole foods is superior to taking pills. Its like night and day
if Covid is 'real' in your world,
and you've made it this far,
I would say just keep doing what you're doing.
