TBH. Aside from the name. One could argue the Republican Party is essentially a new party.
With the old interests that dominated the party. Either forced out. Relegated to the fringes. Or forced into towing the new line by the dominant Trump faction.
With those Republicans currently in Congress the last of the ‘Old Guard’ and old factions.
From day one MAGA has been that new party. From day one it has been a haven for people dissatisfied with the R’s and the D’s. MAGA, led by President Trump, brought down and took over the RINO establishment leg of the Uniparty.
RFK Jr. is welcome, but he had nothing to do with what was accomplished over the last eight years. I’m not saying he won’t have a big impact on our future. I believe he will play a role in bringing down the Cabal and waking up some portion of the 20% who somehow aren’t awake, but can still be saved.
That is the nature of effective leadership: it engenders followers who can also carry behind them. The followers may not have been all at the beginning, but without them there will be no conclusion.

So we have real democrats and trump skepticis on the left/right now homeless without RFK and then we have MAGA welcoming them to the true center.
