Censorship is on the rise, there is an attack on free speech. The house is now in the investigation phase, they cannot prosecute they can only investigate. When Trump wins the DOJ/FBI will be drained and justice will be served. With Facebook admitting it was in involved in censorship and they were taking orders from the Biden administration it is now proven that the elections were rigged. Accountability is coming.
Since Facebook has betrayed it's users. 51% of the ownership should be given to the users. For each month you've been a user, you get 1 share. Segregate a few of those points to cover Administrative costs. TMTG should spearhead this Accountability. This will give new life to the platform.
That is not how America works. The government should not take away ownership of any company. But if the people who are running committee high crimes and treason, they should be punished to the fullest extent of the law, up to and including death.
In this particular case the value of the company are the users. They have been betrayed big time. A lawsuit should be forth coming and I've laid out an intelligent resolution. I still say the Directors and shareholder with significant influence should be tried to the fullest extent of the law. They should even broadcast the executions on Facebook.

As far as I look at free speech as it was written by our fore fathers, you have the right say any religious and political speech without fear of repercussion, reprisals, or persecution from the government/state.
