No vehicles would work, all computers would be fried, the entire communications system would be destroyed. No electricity means no running water, no gas, no radars, no ability to launch rockets and all transportation comes to a halt. No dock cranes, no forklifts, no way to unload ships, no airport... basically the nation of Lebanon comes to a halt.
