I'm not fond of serious use of the NPC/human, messenger/human characterization.
It's great to help people along and make them aware of their behaviors, but all I see are humans that have been tricked and conditioned from their potential to varying degrees and in different ways.
I am forever grateful to the conspiracy theorists who took a moment to reach back and help me along with a meme or comment that violated the terms of service.
I think this is another way to look at the phenomenon of "sheeple". A lot of research repeated over many decades has shown that roughly 80% of all people do not think for themselves. Instead, they find a (group / tribe / herd) to belong to, and then just blindly follow along. They crave the safety of the herd above all else.
The minority of people capable of independent thought prefer to think for themselves, and are therefore also capable of changing and improving themselves. Sheeple only change if the whole herd they belong to changes... which does not happen very often.
I think the messenger / human analogy Rosanne refers to is just another way of describing the difference between those that think for themselves and the vast majority that are only capable of blindly following others.
The term "NPC" in this case is being used to describe the mass of brainwashed people. They just vomit MSM talking points and parrot their narratives. They can not be reasoned with, you can't change their minds, and if you start to crack their programming they go batshit nuts and get violent because they can not handle reality other than their own which has been fabricated for them.

The story goes that Killary had her show cancelled for having Paula on, and that, I would suspect, is what made the change in Roseanne. I keep saying, she needs to be one of the press secretaries rotating through Trumps next White House.
Years ago (2003) I read MATRIX V Quest for the Spirit - The Ultimate Frontier by Valdamar Valerian. There were several keys in the information. It's a 3 book series that was only available for a year or two. Prior books in the series (#1-#3; #4 was trash) exposed mostly non-spirit related subjects like fluoride, pharma, agriculture, food additives, charting sugar and other addictions through history etc. All quite interesting research.
One concept discussed different kind of souls playing this planetary game; Sequential vs Simultaneous and the characteristics of each. The cover of M5 book 1 has an important picture for the advanced simultaneous.
It was also mentioned that there were too many people on earth to just pull from simultaneous or sequential souls and that these "extra" people (NPC anyone?!) pulled their soul from the Earth's planetary spirit - which makes a lot of sense given the fact that these NPCs act like animals...
As with anything I read or absorb along the way... I take it all with a grain if salt with an open mind and discernment.

Technically, a NPC is anyone that isn't living your life. We are all everyone else's NPCs living in our own worlds.
