No term restrictions technically means an abortion can take place the literal day the baby is due or even during labor, or even if it's already been partially delivered. And a doctor can sign off on this happening if the mother feels her emotional "health" is at risk because "health" is not defined in the bill. Ask your cousins if that's ok with them.
