The War of 1812 has always fascinated me. Why were the British unwilling to attend the mediation talks offered by Czar Alexander I in St. Petersburg? But then suddenly, they were willing to agree to mediation and a cease fire at Ghent?
I always thought that was bizarre, because there appeared to be no reason to suddenly capitulate after 3 years of stalling. I mean, its not like Belgium was such a great location. And the British loved the Russians at this point, as the Russians had just effectively neutered Napoleon.
It's an odd time in history and a question to which nobody ever provided me with a satisfactory answer.

🚨Here is one of the ports of Houston that is just freaking empty. I’ve never seen it like this ever. This was a full on plan to empty this facility it takes weeks to complete to state it’s in right now. Second. I still don’t think this is for the public. I mean really, the public needs to know these things, imo. Shows history has meaning. Maybe this is for our enemies? I mean if we don’t see it, they don’t either. In a sense non military wise. I know other countries are involved and are more intuned than we are, because military. I mean are the American people really this fragile? The crybabies are and always will be. But the American. Red blooded with what little pride left wants to hear this. I would think. So maybe the cloak and dagger isn’t all about us. I hope not. I want some truth from this country for once. I pray daily for it. I pray the Lord will expose truth, I matter how harsh it is. And that good men and woman of faith in Jesus will find the strength to stand for what’s right and good in His name.
Wow, it makes sense. It's a republic not a democracy. We are divesting our subjugation under the federal states the U.S corporation. And getting back to being Americans under the constitution. I also know that our US ports were foreign owned, but not anymore. They are American again.
