I am extremely picky about my diet and general health and over the years have pretty much profiled foods that do and don't work for me without needing to read the small print on the label every time. I live in UK.
When I visited the US last year (Tempe AZ) I was disgusted at the quality of supermarket food and I was right back to square one reading the label on everything. How can US food be so bad compared to European food which even itself is not great and you have to be careful? How the hell can a bag of salad be marked as containing GMO?
I went out to restaurants a few times and although things sounded great on the menu, in the end I found I was picking at the meal but leaving most of it on the plate. And don't get me started on your insane tipping gouge system.
By the end of the week I was just not bothering to eat and when I got home I had lost bodyfat.
Not hating on the US which is a great place, just the dreadful food.
I'm in the US and totally agree. I stay away from foods that have ingredient labels for the most part. We buy meat & chicken from locals and produce that way when we can. Otherwise stick to organic. Dining out is definitely iffy.
It's a child-like mentality. Rights without responsibility. Reward without effort to earn it. It's a mentality that if one wants a thing, one need only cry loudly enough and someone will give it to you. There's no awareness or processing of the cost of those things or the need to trade something of value. The value of those things is the value of a toddler's toy. It's interesting until it's not, and then, if someone else has it, suddenly I want it.
The issue here is that we've got leaders and teachers who were so blessed by prosperity following WW2 that they never emerged from that child-like mentality into an adult view of the world. As a result, they just keep looking for new "parents" to provide, and thus, find the government, which seems to have unlimited resources and thus can and should provide them on demand.
If you've ever read the personal life and history of Karl Marx, it's really eye opening. The entire ideology is a study in the behavior and attitudes of a spoiled rich kid surrounded by other even richer kids and feels that social status symbols are what defines a person and their value in society. It's a toddler's world view and he was placated his entire life with people who would pay for his every whim. He thinks the entire world should work that way.
I would add the concept of participation medals, purposefully removing the incentive to be the best. It was a very subtle marxist tactic that encourages mediocre or weak participants and demeans those that excel.
Everyone is the same, no more winners and losers. Now take that psychology forward into your life children.
Wow! She did a wonderful job and she’s completely on point!!! I believe Health and Fitness will be the next in thing. I believe anyone considering an education in nutrition, fitness and overall health will have a great career. Again we’ve gone too far to the unhealthy side and there will be an equal and opposite reaction driving us into a healthy lifestyle!
Look back to the 70s and before, fat people were RARE.
Take a look at an old beach photograph from the 70s or before and try to count the fat people...almost none.
And the "fat" people that existed then would be considered "normal" today.
And people weren't "fit crazy." Yes, more people were involved in laborious jobs, but that isn't what made us fat. It is the crap in our food and the crap we call food.
People refuse to read labels and find out what's in their "food"
Most don't want to know... because then they'd be compelled to take action
Eating actual real food takes vigilance and work. Everything is perishable, which means shopping more often, maintaining those live foods and consuming before they turn etc
Then there's this whole coupon culture... tricked into thinking they're saving anything - Real food NEVER has a coupon EVER.
Now ask yourself why there's coupons to begin with - I mean if nothing in life is free and there's no free lunch - WHY would they just arbitrarily give you a discount? Now do the "club card" key fob discount...
All the food you should be eating is on the outside walls/aisles of the store... do the loop and stay out of the middle.
Most can't cook and don't want to either... it cuts into time their face could be in the matrix...
Even if people read the labels they probably didn’t even have the ingredients taught in chemistry and if they did-which they didn’t- most likely none of it would be considered food
Right... and have they kept up with the hiding of poisonous ingredients???
Like msg hidden in hydrolyzed vegetable protein and modified food starch etc ...
Nothing like a worthless iceberg wedge absolutely smothered in partially hydrogenated soybean oil to make one think they're "doing good"... and then experiencing acid reflux minutes later all into the night and either thinking it's normal or having no clue why it's happening...
There's a pill for that...to tell the most sophisticated machine on the planet to STFU
Only problem is she is giving it to mostly vermin that are part of the same system she describes... She's doing what she can of course and I applaud that
At least the video itself might help some people, because the cabal puppets won't
It's awful to see obese parental units with small children who are already packing on the pounds. Just yesterday at the food store, there was a huge guy yelling at his little kids. The vibe off that guy was quite imposing, and honestly, it's an effort to just put that family out of my mind...after praying for them.
Jillian is spot on! I’ve been actively pushing good food choices, but almost all the people I talk to don’t want to hear it. Sure they’ll listen and nod their head in agreement, but there is no way they are going to change their eating habits if it means giving up their social status. Sadly, it’s too cool, fun, and acceptable to eat crap food, and it’s down right rude to eat healthy in front of others. This needs to change!

They haven’t had to attack the UK as hard as they’ve had to attack us.
Harder attack = more poison.
people want health but still live like mindless dipshits being entertained, we're culturally retarded.

So do his followers.
Excellent observation.

All true! My Dad used to comment on how he’d never see fat kids when he was growing up. He was very into health & exercise before it was trendy.
The birth pill does much the same thing, it puts weight onto women around their stomachs which is unbelievably difficult to remove.
Add the diet coke and you have a recipe for disaster
And it fucks up the water supply. Ban birth control pills.
It made me feel really hungry. I think it tricks the body into thinking it is pregnant because I felt the same way when I was pregnant,
Also because the body "thinks" its pregnant that makes women make bad decisions about a lifetime partner, and it makes them depressed.
Yikes that’s a terrible side effect! So marrying my husband may not have been done under a sound mind? Haha I’ll let him know! 😊
How ironic that Arnold was part of that in the 80’s, and now look at him…
Ignorance is bliss...

It’s pretty simple. Buy whole food and if you pick up a can and do not recognize an ingredient don’t buy it!
Fantastic speech, all true of course

meanwhile, the huge dude behind her is pondering his eating habits.
Fast Food = Bad Health
Health Food = Bad Health

I’m thinking of lowering the price at my guillotine factory to damn near zero percent margin just to get the ball rolling
“10% off!! You’ll lose your head over these prices!”
Guess what boys!! We got a body shredding dyke going to bat. My favorite home video workout lesbo! Diversity is important😁 Ws all around
