January 6th was PLANNED in order to invoke the 14th Amendment Section 3. They have already walked the plan thru to make sure all areas are covered. They want Civil War.

But Trump was never indicted for Insurrection. Trump was never convicted of Insurrection, so it baffles me how they can move on him for an Act of Insurrection.

I have no doubt that this is one of their ideas. I also haven't a doubt that they believed Trump would have been convicted of insurrection by this point.
No person who has been paying attention could deny that some strange unknown force has been working in the background to change what surely should have happened to Trump by this point.
Funny, and very rare for anyone in politics, Trump has never once that I can find, put his foot in his mouth, had a big misstep that he has to reverse on, or make excused for.
His campaign has almost been, in not in fact been, masterful, by political standards.
I think the Trump secret might be all the evidence of the Fedsurection.

Perhaps evidence of the J6 hoax insurrection will be presented by Trump to stop any 14th Amendment crap.
You can't introduce information gathered by the military into a federal courtroom unless its already in the public domain. This is why we are here, (amongst other things) to get it into the public sphere.

What if the indictments against the members of Congress begin to be unsealed, that would put a damper on their plans?
Any politician who tries this should be arrested for possibly treason. The time to do it would be before he’s on the ballot, not after he’s on the ballot.
