I just heard that they are dropping the cases where there hasn’t been a conviction. The one for the Nov 26th sentencing is still on schedule BUT he is waiting for the appeal that hopefully will overturn the case. The court said they wouldn’t make a decision until after the election. So I’m hopeful they will drop this case too.
Trump should come out and order them to retain all documents, cell phone data, everything. Jail time if they don’t comply.
