Can they be removed since the judgments have been levied? And if they can't be removed, how will they affect him? The whole lawfare was illegal, after all.

I am pretty sure that, a person can not be, legally confirmed to Felon status until. AFTER the actual sentencing and that sentencing has been tossed. Legal People kept mentioning that over the last few months but, the info never stuck for many.
You’re right, a person is not considered a felon until after they are sentenced. Additionally, if the NY Judge uses Presidential Immunity as an escape hatch, the case is completely dismissed.
He makes a rap album and brags about it.
Would sell billions of LP’s
The crimes get placed on those who committed them. E jean Carroll is going to owe a lot of money..
These were only used for slander, and had no legal value whatsoever
Weren't they handed down by a judge?
he was never sentenced. Also those will be thrown out, the whole thing was corrupt.
Well the judge can toss the case... and is apparently considering doing just that as per this: https://nypost.com/2024/11/07/us-news/judge-in-trumps-hush-money-trial-considers-tossing-felony-conviction/
I expect the appellate court to overturn all the convictions, possibly as early as next week.
Hopefully nothing, like when Lewinsky fellonied Clinton
I understand that the DOJ has pulled back and ditched Smith as a prosecutor for the federal charges. But I'm wondering about the New York charges. That prosecutor needs a muzzle.
DoJ is not allowed to prosecute a sitting president.
Trump is now President elect. He is not considered sitting until he is sworn in on Jan20.
The 34 felony counts are junk without any legal basis and has all the signs of political attacks. They will be over turn by the appellate court. And it the prosecutors will be lucky if they are not sanctioned themselves.
