A 'tour' in military terms refers to a tour of duty. Two years, four years, or some other predefined period of time. It means he was stationed at GITMO for some unknown period of time.

Loooooooove Hegseth! Pre-Nov 2020 (when I stopped watching anything on Faux News), Hegseth stood out to me as the MOST patriotic and the strongest, unwavering Trump loyalist that they had on their airwaves. Great choice!
Still wondering where Gen. Keith Kellogg fits into the mix. He was by Pres. Trump's side throughout his first admin (including during meetings writing TWEETS) and Gen. Kellogg has attended several recent rallies where Pres. Trump has praised him during his speeches. Kellogg has GOTTA be in there for round two (I hope).
