How is this to be interpreted? Is Wray a sleeper for the WHs or the BHs? Wray has done some good that hasn’t gotten or attention and some bad things that has. Has he gained DS trust so he can hurt them at the worst possible time or is he a DS asset trying to stop the plan?

My own attempts at researching it online were unsuccessful. (I did try.) I find myself overly suspicious these days. But I research everything - apply the Acts 17:11 concept across the board.
