Meh. I see slight differences is the jacket which could be defended in a court of law. Plus, with AI so prevalent in our society, who's to say the second pic isn't a fake?
Look at the left photo. There is a hood toggle hanging from a string located on the right side. It's a lighter-shade rectangle. It's dangling at approx. the same length as the string in the right-hand photo (note that you're viewing just the end of the toggle here, not the full length, which resembles a small knot about an inch or so above the end of the string.)
Yeah, I was trying to figure out if the left end of the string had a lil thick piece on it from the photo (that shows up lighter against jacket) because the second one there is none, just knots.
Makes me think about the class dental intern who injured me for years and ucla's going out of their way to make me look like a psyche case even changing their records to cover for what they did to Mr. And I understand the killer's viewpoint
I'd argue the pic on the right is a guy wearing a coat over a hooded sweatshirt (with the hood up) while the guy on the left is wearing a coat with an attached hood and tighter cuffs on the sleeves. Not to mention he's carrying a clearly different bag.
These dont look like the same guy. They are not even the same guy. One is way bigger then the other. The jackets are the wrong color. The backpack straps are the wrong color. One has pockets in the jacket in front the other one does not. Even their skin color is not the same.
Why do I have a feeling some poor guy is going to get charged with a murder he didnt commit.
I have often said that business people (health insurance companies) making medical decisions (denying claims) is a form of malpractice. It's been done to me and many, many other people. Why do we pay for insurance then? To line the pockets of those making the decisions. I feel bad for the innocent family members of this dickwad.
Uh, yeah.. the jacket is not even the same from what I can tell though, could be that the first one pixilation is soo bad you cant see the chest pockets and the cuffed sleeves on the first one vr the straight hem look on the second.. hood on first looks same color as the body but, lighter ton than the body on the second.. meh, could just be the quality and the lighting though. Backpack is def not the same, light straps on the first and black on the second. IMO, not the same guy, Second one has a larger frame.
Look at his wrists. Original pic on left the jacket sleeves appear to be elasticized and fit snuggly, not so on the jacket on the right. Agree with others, bridge of nose seems quite different, along with skin tone.

The mask is still there and is around the neck in the second photo.
Slightly different colour to the hoodie & jacket. Also front pockets in jacket are different.
These are different people. I’m getting “V for Vendetta” vibes now.
It could be chalked up to varying video resolution, along with different lighting.
Dunno. One looks like a separate hoodie with strings, the other looks like hooded jacket.
Like this one I have…

Aha.
Nose looks bigger on the right picture.
Absolutely 100% correct

IMO the bridge of the nose are different looking as the left image the nose looks more narrow.
Look at the right hand in each photo.

Yes the hoods are different. The one on the right is loose and floppy. The one on t he left is stiff and close to the face with no draw string.
Evidently UHC was not paying what they should in about 1 in 3 cases. Probably sticking patients with huge bills.

Misdirection on the words on the bullets.
2 different people.
Not the same jacket.
