i started doing this with clothes first, then shoes, i cut sugar out and dropped 30lbs alone, then cut 100% of food out and only ate meat slowly reintroducing other stuff. my body now rejects any deep fried foods and ive found out that the fake foods were giving me pseudo gout. ive not had any health issues since june. ive dropped nearly 100 lbs just by eating stuff with ingredients i know. if i cant pronounce the word or ive never heard i dont even bother with it anymore
Don't know. After the 3rd time getting nauseous from fried food I just avoided them all. I get crippled if I eat more than 5 candy canes. I go to sleep and when I wake the next day I either have broken automotive glass type pain in my knee i can barly walk without the worst pain ive ever felt or my fingers swell and split my skin. So it wasn't a hard decision to eat healthy. I now wonder how long I've been "sick" just from crap food
Most of the products you interact with on a daily basis are harmful to some extent. Mortality age is going down across the country. Weird autoimmune disorders popping up everywhere. It's not limited to one brand or one type of item.
Please do a thread on how to make your own cleaning and personal care products, complete with some recipes you've personally used (we can search online, but tried and true from our crew is best).
Then others can chime in and post their recipes and techniques so we can all begin the "MAHA Protocol for Healthier Living" right away...at least this little piece of it.
I'd do it, but I've only got homemade windex and skunk soap for dogs...
Use unscented Charlies soap instead of TIDE and the other shit with strong fragrances which are really just harmful chemicals you implant into your clothing.
Borax softens the water, TSP adds phosphate back to the detergent making it 10x+ more powerful. This means you can use less of detergent. Use these sparingly! (< 1/4 as much as the detergent)
You can also add baking soda or oxiclean to charlies to make it clean really oily or stained or significantly dirty stuff.
I would love to see an America 4 yrs from now where the food prices are only slightly higher than now, and they don't have a million chemical ingredients in them.
In the meantime, I have felt--for decades--betrayed by these industrial prepared "food product" makers like nabisco, frito lay, heinz, nestle; and I avoid them as much as I can and will go even more aggressively in 2025. Opting for more raw simple food like raw fruit and veg and cooked simple meat
I purchase from Imperfect Produce (in the west coast) and here in the south, it's called Misfits Market. These are slightly ugly looking (too small, too big, a little crooked) veggies and fruit that's rejected by stores and organic. Use those and they taste so good.

FYI, my office meant Ken Paxton's office. Not BD office. Howls.
Do you have toilet paper in your "office" too? 😁
LOL. Just napkins.

No wonder I make my own a lot of time. It's despicable. I even have to make my own damn tooth paste.
If I were you I'd just have that tooth removed and get some dentures that I could keep clean in a cup next to my bed.
No more tooth paste needed.
Kek.
Why isn't it called teeth paste anyways?...
Oh hell no denture. I have been making my own toothpaste and my own laundry detergent for long time. I just couldn't make my own shampoo yet.

Including foods fried in tallow?

What an amazing testimony. How about help a vegetarian? I tried to reintroduce me and it is hard.
Maybe start with fish like sushi style so it's not full on meat?
Great idea.
We use a shampoo bar make by Udder Maddness. All the ingredients are natural.
Shampoo bar, you said?
I will look into it. Thank you.
the guy who invented tooth paste had only one left in his mouth and he wanted to keep it! kek
I remember this! I started making my own cleaner spray with a dash of Dawn dish liquid, 90% rubbing alchol and some white vinegar.
Me too .. same !

Great reminder. Thanks.

They review household products for pfas and other toxic substances.
Oh. Thank you.
Appreciate you.
I always enjoy your posts.
Glad someone is finally taking action against these chemicals.
Thank you.

Oh. That would be wonderful.
I will look into starting that.

It's also WAY cheaper, and you use less of it.

But if you want it to go further, you can do 2 additional things. (or both)

I thought tsp was kinda nasty stuff to mess with - I think back from construction days for degreaser etc.
I had no idea there was food grade tsp... I'll have to read up on that
Kenny is a busy boy!!
He really is.
They are really opening the floodgates on this.
