As you allude, they're very "tribal" once an indian gets into the position of power and hiring, they will get rid of any one who is not indian. Dealt with this guys for years, both in the states and in india itself. Indians cannot think outside of the script / box. It's a cultural thing from the days of call centers and such. They have tried to get independent though and skills out of the native born, but it's real tough.

What it became was companies hiring doctors and technicians merely because they undercut Americans for pay. anyone that hires an H1B over a qualified American citizen is abusing the system.

if that wasn't the reason between the lines, it's certainly how it's used. it needs a serious rework for sure, but part of me just sees this possibly as a known crime and abuse of the law that goes unpunished. Maybe some case needs to go to court and clear this all up.

However, some companies have policies where no AI can be used to create the code. One I know of is in the aerospace industry. I think FAA rules state no AI. But I am guessing it'll eventually change, then offshoring will become a thing of the past, as well as a lot of american citizen coding jobs.
The real play in my opinion is obviously the globalists need to eradicate the white population and replace them with a new brown slave class in large numbers but realistically there probably isn't enough non white talent you can import. An awful lot of the Chinese would cooperate only long enough to steal your secrets and money and go back to China with it and 90 IQ Pajeet with a fake degree and terrible toilet habits isn't going to cut it either but while AI might not and may never be able to entirely replace white people and your technically proficient caste you might be able to fuse a 90 IQ Pajeet with AI which tells him what buttons to press.
A locally hosted open source AI with selective seeding might be an answer for that issue, that or pre-seeded company-isolated cloud hosts, but ew.

Renting cuts costs, and there are probably areas where it’s fine to rent, but it also makes you dependent and doesn’t seem like it should ever be a primary means of meeting core business functions.
Silicon Valley has been running this grift for decades. My only question has been, do corporations pay their way through college or their home country? No one ever mentions the United States graduates whose parents and grandparents paid their way through college only to never get a job in their tech field because someone who is not a citizen is willing to work for less money.
